Dinghy V12 – Vectran® 12-Strand Single Braid
Dinghy V12 is a 12-strand Vectran® LCP single braid rope with an abrasion-resistant coating. It is designed for high-load applications where ultra-low stretch and no creep are required. WHR supplies this Vectran dinghy line in Dubai and across the UAE.
Vectran® is stronger than Ralon™, but is more sensitive to UV light, so the rope should be kept out of sunlight when possible. With Capella UCS treatment, it is used for dinghy halyards and control lines.

Breaking loads are average values for new rope. Keep Vectran® out of sunlight when possible to avoid UV-related strength loss.
