Cruising P-P – Polyester Double Braid
Cruising P-P is made of 100% high-tenacity polyester and is specially designed for sheets and control lines on yachts of every size. It is ideal for blue water sailing and long distances. WHR supplies this polyester double braid in Dubai and across the UAE.
The double braided construction, a 12/16 plait polyester core inside a 24/32 plait polyester cover, is easy to splice, has low stretch and a high breaking load. Capella HTS heat treatment lowers stretch and increases strength. Uses include sheets, backstays, halyards, downhauls, reefing lines, boom vangs and furling lines.
