T-SHIELD™ Chafe Protector
T-SHIELD™ is a chafe protector made from UHMWPE fibre with a special abrasion-resistant coating. It has high cut resistance and greatly improves the lifespan of the rope.
It can be used on the rope body or on the eye, and is especially suitable for high-performance fibre ropes such as HMPE mooring lines, where chafe at fairleads and bitts is the main cause of wear.
